At this point, we are looking for a hard-working, knowledgeable, and detail-oriented Bookkeeper to join our team of talented individuals.
Position Details:
• Office Location: 15698 80A Ave, Surrey BC, V4N 0X6
• Position: Bookkeeper (NOC: 12011)
• Number of positions: 1
• Terms of employment: Full-Time, permanent
• Wages: $28.00/hours and 40 hours/week
• Anticipated Start Date: As soon as possible
Position Requirements:
• High School Education Is required and college program in bookkeeping or accounting is an asset
• 1-2 years of Experience is required
• Ability and willingness to work independently with limited supervision
• Positive and cooperative attitude
Job duties:
• Keep record of all financial transactions
• Post journal entries and reconcile accounts
• Keep track of receivables and payables
• Reconcile accounts
• Maintain and balance various accounts using manual and computerized bookkeeping system
• Calculate and prepare cheques for payrolls, tax and other bills
• Prepare tax returns and perform other personal bookkeeping services
• Prepare other statistical, financial and accounting reports
• Calculate fixed assets and depreciation
