Develop and implement manufacturing process improvements that drive new performance
levels, improve quality, consistency and cost. Develop a thorough understanding of all factors and conditions that impact the processes and products, including environmental impacts. Identify and implement equipment and process changes. Create and maintain procedures in accordance with ISO9001. Use sound project management skills to manage multiple improvement projects. Analyze problems and implement solutions using critical thinking skills and focused improvement methods. Incorporate creative thinking into the problem solving approach to identify unique and different ways to improve consistency, efficiency, and cost. Prepare diagrams, charts, tables to reflect findings and support
recommendation. Work closely with the Product Development area to create new samples and products. Work effectively with a diverse group of associates to accomplish project and location goals. Participate fully in the Safety Process.

Bachelor's degree in Chemical, Industrial, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering required. 3 years experience in a related engineering occupation in a manufacturing environment required. Experience must include: LEAN manufacturing, FMEA and Process Hazards Analysis, Process Control Systems, and analyzing capital investments.
