Engineering Management Institute seeks Content Production Specialist (Video/Podcast Production) (Paramus, NJ): Promote public image and reputation of EMI through podcast and video production, social media and other communications media. May telecommute up to three (3) days a week from within commuting distance of Paramus, New Jersey area, as feasible. Minimum requirements: Three (3) years of experience in job offered or related podcast production role. Prior experience must include three (3) years in/with: podcast recording and post-production processes for civil engineering and infrastructure related content; concurrently overseeing more than ten (10) weekly or biweekly podcast video channels; podcast analytics tools; analyzing key podcast metrics including consumption rate, unique listeners, podcast ROI, leads, rating and views, and audience profile metrics; social media marketing to promote brand awareness. Must also have two (2) years of prior experience in/with: podcast recording equipment, sound editing software, and technical setups; optimizing podcast audio and content quality to ensure proper sound levels and clarity; working with a diverse podcast production team, including producers, sound engineers, and support staff. Occasional U.S. domestic travel required to meet with podcast team members and guests.
