The Company is looking for 01 Bookkeeper.
Working Conditions: Repetitive, multiple projects, attention to detail, tight deadlines, fast-paced environment. The Bookkeeper will need to work 40 hours a week at the pay rate of $30 per hour. The position is full time, Permanent. Job can be started as soon as possible.
Candidate should have more than 1-2 years of experience in accounting. English is the required language with high school graduation at minimum. Moreover, college program in bookkeeping or accounting is an asset.
Job duties need to be done include:
Entering firm’s financial data and transactions into company specific software.
Figuring out the income and expenses of the organisation during particular month, quarter or a year.
Notifying higher management regarding accounting error if any and maintain the financial report.
Taking actions which Comply with all legal requirements.
Calculating and preparing payroll cheques.
Performing months end closings.
Supervising junior bookkeepers or other accounting clerks.
Comparing the actual spending with the projected budget, find out the variances, report to the management and find out the corrective action to be taken.
Adhere to the organisation’s rules and policies.
