Corporate Director, Warehouse Operations

Full Time. Requires High School diploma/GED or (foreign equivalent) with 5 years of experience in the offered position, as Logistics Manager, Procurement Manager, Cost Manager or any related position. All experience must be within the hospitality industry. Travel 3-4 days per month (15%) to hotels and resorts throughout the Caribbean.

Collaborate with executive-level management in the development of performance goals and long-term operational plans. Assist in the recruitment of staff, manage work schedules and evaluate staff performance. Provide training and development on the company’s policies and procedures. Develop warehouse design by planning layout, product flow, and product handling systems; evaluate and recommend new equipment; ensure the objective of all systems benefits our customers and stakeholder. Develop, implement and evaluate processes for receiving product, equipment utilization and inventory management. Oversee the receiving, storage and distribution of goods to our stakeholders within different Caribbean countries in a timely manner; ensure that perpetual inventory levels are maintained to prevent goods running out of stock. Submit appropriate and timely reports ensuring the KPI targets are focus on each month with the main objective of achieving them.
