Terms of employment: Full-time year-round work
Duties:
• Prepare and revise sales and purchase contracts and evaluate possible cost-reduction measures.
• Ensure all parties are familiar with the terms and conditions of the contracts.
• Ensure deadlines are met.
• Prepare progress reports.
• Create and maintain electronic records or contracts, suppliers, clients, etc.
• Determine or negotiate contract terms and conditions, award supplier contracts or make recommendations.
• Establish delivery schedules, monitor progress, and contact clients and suppliers to resolve problems.
• Supporting project managers, architects, engineers, owners and others to make sure project goals are met
• Maintain up-to-date project records
Wages: $ 37.00/hr based on 30 hrs a week

Skills Requirement:
• Bachelor’s degree or college diploma in business administration, commerce or economics is required
• Experience is an asset
