Technical Account Lead

Team up with Sales, Customer Success, Support, R&D, working directly with Dev’s/DevOps’ professionals to ensure adoption of JFrog’s product suite; analyze log files, thread dumps, HTTP traffic; work with internet packet flow using layers (OSI model)/analyze network traffic using network packet analyzer tools (Wireshark); use cron jobs (BASH Scripts) to report the issues on user-defined frequency issues (Linux-based servers); act as technical advisor for customers; assist with architecture designing/best practices for strategic customers; train open-source community/JFrog customers; assist in evolution of roadmap of JFrog’s products based on customer feedback; stay abreast with latest technology trends (Build Engineering, CI/CD Technology landscape); create communication channels with key customers; serve as single technical point of contact for up to 30 of top customers (measured by ARR, logo, services used); serve as expert in JFrog’s technology; use expertise in technologies (Docker, K8S, AWS, Azure, GCP, Tomcat); lead SW implementation projects for new customers (gather resources, create plans, manage projects, tracking until implementation, address technical issues); meet with customers; review technical action plans designed by Technical Support Engineers (TSEs); ensure plans are technically accurate/complete for customers; engage in critical issues as incident manager; serve as technical leader; engage resources from R&D, reactive support; create action plans to solve complex issues; write technical knowledge articles for internal/external consumption; support customers in planning/coordinating critical activities (upgrades/migrations); provide technical training within White Glove organization; and serve as technical resource for customers’ questions. May travel to various unanticipated worksites throughout the U.S. This is a telecommuting position with remote benefit from anywhere in the U.S. Travel is required.

Job Requirements:

Master’s degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Engineering Technology-Electrical Systems plus 1 year experience. Experience to include analyzing log files, thread dumps, HTTP traffic; working with internet packet flow using layers (OSI model)/analyzing network traffic using network packet analyzer tools (Wireshark); and using cron jobs (BASH Scripts) to report the issues on user-defined frequency issues (Linux-based servers). May travel to various unanticipated worksites throughout the U.S. This is a telecommuting position with remote benefit from anywhere in the U.S. Travel is required.

Salary range is $182,333 to $183,000 per year.
