Primary Responsibilities:

Promptly and professionally answer incoming calls, addressing inquiries or grievances.
Utilize appropriate methods and tools to furnish accurate, valid, and comprehensive information.
Effectively manage customer complaints, promptly offering suitable solutions and alternatives while ensuring resolution follow-up.
Remotely process orders, forms, applications, and requests.
Maintain precise records of customer interactions, oversee customer accounts, and document procedures.
Adhere to communication protocols, guidelines, and policies.
Go above and beyond to engage customers, fostering a loyal clientele.
Collaborate with the customer service team to uphold high service standards.

Requirements:

Minimum age requirement of 18 years old.
Successful completion of skill assessment and background check.
1 - 3 years of pertinent work experience.
Possession of a computer/laptop.
Headset or headphones with a microphone attachment.
High school diploma or equivalent; higher education degree preferred.

Working Environment:

This role is fully remote. Candidates must have a quiet, dedicated workspace and a reliable internet connection.
Strong, stable internet connectivity.
Flexibility to work varied shifts, potentially including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Compensation:

Hourly pay range: $13 - $20, contingent upon the company agents select to serve.
Additional earning potential through sales incentives and performance-based bonuses.

This position operates under a 1099 independent contractor arrangement. Upon application submission, candidates will proceed with the registration process, including successful completion of both a background check and a skill assessment. Upon approval, candidates will undergo a new agent orientation providing a comprehensive overview of the position and addressing any queries. Subsequently, candidates will select a company to work for and undergo training with them. Following certification completion, candidates will have the flexibility to set their own schedules and commence work independently. For any assistance or inquiries, our team is available Monday through Friday from 9 am to 5 pm.

Additionally, applicants must reside in the United States, excluding US territories such as Puerto Rico and the US Virgin Islands.
