Printing Quality Control Manager (Relocation Help Available)--High Point, NC

A global company in High Point, NC is seeking a Quality Control Manager. Preference for candidates with background in the printing industry and ISO certified environment. $70-$90k plus bonus and full benefits package. Relocation assistance available to qualified candidates. This individual will have two direct reports (quality techs) and report to the Director of Ops.

Duties & responsibilities:

Role Management

Lead and maintain the quality business strategy in all capacities of Internal, External, Supplier & Compliance frameworks toward set objectives and targets.

Chair daily, weekly, & monthly quality / CI meetings to report business quality performance and trends along with relevant action plans.

Prepare necessary reports for review by customers, internal departments, senior management, and group.

Maintain and communicate Quality Assurance processes and procedures to ensure compliance with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, BRC and relevant standards to safeguard product safety.

Work with functional departments / personnel to maintain and improve quality processes, procedures, and work instructions.

Manage the Quality department team directly with training, development, and organization.
