We are seeking a Technology Delivery Analyst to join our ITS Team in Warsaw.



The Opportunity:


The Technology Delivery Analyst is responsible for building a solid understanding of our business within the region and partnering with respective colleagues to provide optimal support and solutions aligned to our technology processes and systems. Hyperactive colleague focused, they are integral to regional client technology projects to improve colleague productivity and work life quality while working collaboratively with colleagues to ensure firms needs are met. This also includes the support, identification, and onboarding of new tools for internal colleagues and urgent client project needs.


Key Responsibilities:

Laser-focused on understanding and delivering resolution to requests with speed and agility to grow partnerships and overall satisfaction. Obsess over all touchpoints and feedback to improve end-to-end engagement. Nothing is too small.
Collaborate with the broader Technology Delivery teams to prioritize and support the technology needs of the region/business within the broader technology organization.
Contribute to highly effective team of talented A Players and ensure deep alignment with our 5 competencies (Client Impact, Trust Based Teaming, Work Smart, Communication and Influence, and People Development and Leadership)
Ensure timely resolution of all requests especially related to software. This includes regular timely communication until escalation is remediated by actively monitoring IT Service Management and Feedback tools.
Document and identify gaps in the delivery model and drive areas for continuous improvement and innovation. Plan, communicate and support new tools onboarding process across all stakeholders.
Understand, analyze, develop, and recommend tools based on colleague and client requirements.
Research and ensure new tools and technologies align within information security and risk framework so that the tools we provide are appropriately secure and so that we can advise the business on best course of action.
Continual interest in technology and an ability to seek out new technology to meet the needs of OWs clint facing teams.
Research and provide foundational tool training to broader tool onboarding team while staying abreast of new technologies.
Contribute to the MMC Technology community by participating in learning and development activities.
Assist the Technology Delivery Manager and participate in budgeting and planning process. Including the monthly oversight of all global/regional tech software.


Experience Required:

Passionate about colleague satisfaction and the delivery of technology solutions to improve colleague and client outcomes.
A strong focus on effective planning, and a demonstrated ability to establish good systematic processes and ways of working.
Experience working at management consulting firm or large complex organizations is highly desirable.
A track record of delivery-focused collaborative work in complex environments delivering projects with multi-disciplinary agile teams.
An understanding of what use cases are and knowledge of how to work through a prioritized backlog and establish acceptance criteria.
Enthusiasm, energy, and an ability to motivate teams and navigate confidently within a large complex organization.
Fungibility and flexibility to work on a variety of projects and technologies, including those that are new or unfamiliar to you.


Your Skills and Attributes:

Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
Strong data analytics capabilities, including proficiency in Excel based analytics and other advanced functions.
Strong ability to collaborate and work independently to take the lead on initiatives.
A pragmatic approach to solutioning and delivery.
A clear commitment to creating impactful solutions that solve our clients problems.
Familiarity with budgeting, estimation, and cost code analysis.
The willingness to work fluidly and respectfully with our incredibly talented team.
