Marsh Portugal is seeking candidates for the following position based in the Lisbon office:


ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE TRAINEE (Paid Internship)

A 9 months, full time, internship working within a diversity of insurance branches;

For the initial 6 months it's required to work from the office. After that, you can opt for the hybrid working model, which allows you to work from home 2 days per week.


We will count on you to:

Work directly with a portfolio of small corporate clients;
Manage the daily requests of the clients and/or Production Officers, such as General Information of Policies; Claims Feed-back and reports, follow-up on inclusions and exclusions, etc.;
Control in advance of policy renewal dates and mediate between the client/Production Officer and Insurance Company;
Provide support to the Operations / Claims Management area;
Keep our internal systems up-to-date with the client/policy information.



What you need to have:

A degree in Economics, Management, Law or similar;
English and Portuguese language proficiency;
Good knowledge of Microsoft tools, PowerPoint and Excel (mainly).
