Configuration Specialist/ Technical Support Health and Benefits team

We will count on you to:

Contact with clients and liaise with different Mercer teams (operations and consulting) to facilitate the setup processes of our benefits management platform;
Update and revise contents on our internal benefits platform;
Do some configurations on our own web application;
App support to our client's internal teams;
Contribute on the maintenance of our platform.


What you need to have:

Previous experience in technical support, helpdesk, or similar roles;
Intermediate (B2) English level;
Good knowledge of Microsoft tools, PowerPoint and particularly Excel;
Excellent interpersonal skills;
Strong oral and written communication skills;
Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks in a demanding work environment;
Strong critical thinking and analytical problem-solving skills;
Tech driven spirit.
