Human Resource Executive

We are seeking a dynamic and skilled Human Resource Executive to join our team. As a Human Resource Executive, you will play a crucial role in various HR functions, including recruitment, performance management, and employee engagement. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Hiring and Recruitment.
  • Conducting end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
  • Collaborating with the sales lead & procurement lead to understand their requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies.
  • Ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
  • Performance Management System:
  • Building and implementing a performance management system aligned with the organization's goals and values.
  • Developing performance evaluation criteria, setting performance goals, and conducting periodic reviews.
  • Assisting in identifying training and development needs for employees based on performance evaluations.
  • Communication and Collaboration:
  • Demonstrating excellent communication skills in English and Hindi to effectively interact with employees at all levels.
  • Serving as a point of contact for employees regarding HR-related queries, policies, and procedures.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to address employee concerns, foster a positive work environment, and promote employee engagement.
  • HR Administration:
  • Maintaining accurate employee records, including personal information, attendance, leaves, and performance data.
  • Managing employee documentation, such as offer letters, contracts, and employment agreements.
  • Assisting in the implementation of HR policies, procedures, and initiatives.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
  • Proven experience in recruitment and talent acquisition.
  • Sound knowledge of performance management systems and practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficient in using HRIS and other HR software.
  • Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
