Title: Program Manager Location: Austin, TX(Hybrid) Duration: Long Term Contract Client is looking for someone: Manufacturing, retail or CPG domain Someone with digital project exp Any other TX location, willing to drive to Austin for 2 days a week is fine (2 continuous days is also acceptable) Job Description: We are looking for passionate, enthusiastic Program manager for Creative Acceleration / MRM programs. Candidate should be experienced in implementation of digital platforms. Candidate will be responsible for working directly with customers, and stakeholders to understand the business priorities and opportunities, creating program plan, change management plan, rollout plan etc. Candidate will be responsible for following: Program Management Execution planning Governance Planning Resource Planning and seed resource planning o Investments and ROI Transition Management Change management. Rollout planning Implementation to Operations transition planning Escalation/ Crises Management Client Management - Primary contact for the client and as Escalation point. Involvement in client QBRs, Steering Committee meetings etc. Start Green support and ownership for all engagements Develop and drive the overall MRM process transformation strategy and roadmap Creating program plan working with customer and stake holders Ensures and monitors processes in place to pro-actively protect consistent service quality through rigorous management Review existing business processes and identify areas of improvement Identifying risks/ challenges / limitation related to resources and address it by creating a mitigation plan SLA management and customer satisfaction, plan to improve on both pillars Identifying the needs and conducting trainings/enablement for relevant team members and customer stakeholders Keep up to date with digital trends and best practices and get them adopted by the team Innovative thinker and desire to help us build out a new Go To Market offerings and reusable delivery tool kit for a kick start on other engagements. Understanding current engagements and creating case studies/PoV. Identifying opportunities for accelerator, innovation, and automation and providing inputs to team/ practice. Qualifications BE/MBA degree 14 to 20 years of relevant IT experience 2+ years of experience as Program Manager manging minimum Years experience in digital marketing/ MRM / DAM programs implementation ( Aprimo, Workfront, Sitecore MRM/ Assets, AEM Assets, Widen etc) In-depth understanding of the SDLC Experience in a client facing role Solutioning, experience of managed services Strong customer relationship management Knowledge of standard program management, workflow management and requirement management tools. ( Jira, Workfront, (link removed), ADO etc) Experience of delivering projects on A e technologies Agile Development Methodology experience is advantageous.
