Position: Oracle EBS Functional consultant Location: Sidney, OhioDuration: 6+ Months JD: MUST have skills 8-15 years of experience with Oracle methodology that includes gathering business requirements, designing business process flow diagrams, configurations, master data management, creating functional design documentation, and confirming technical design documents. Ability to work independently and manage multiple task assignments. Strong communication skills with ability to interact with high-level of customer and all level of colleagues within company. Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills with the ability to exercise mature judgment. Experience leading an entire project work stream for relevant Oracle applications. Strong mentoring skills and the ability to explain functional concepts to a wide variety of audiences. Strong full implementation lifecycle projects including requirements gathering, design, configuration, testing support, data conversions, go-live and post go-live activities. Experience with Financials modules including GL, AP, AR, FA, Cash Management life cycle projects is a must. Experience working with offshore teams to successfully deliver projects Experience creating functional design documents for offshore teams Enough SQL experience to assist in troubleshooting. Experience with conversion, upgrade and implement or enhancement project.
