Responsibilities:

Collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders to understand project requirements and objectives.
Conceptualize and create website layouts, wireframes, and mockups that align with client brand guidelines and design preferences.
Develop responsive and user-friendly website designs that enhance the user experience across desktop, mobile, and tablet devices.
Utilize industry-standard design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD) to create high-quality visual assets.
Stay updated on emerging design trends, technologies, and best practices to continuously improve design processes and deliverables.
Present design concepts and proposals to clients and incorporate feedback to refine designs and achieve client satisfaction.
Collaborate with web developers to ensure seamless integration of design elements into the final website implementation.
Conduct quality assurance testing to identify and resolve any design-related issues or inconsistencies.
Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Web Design, or related field.
Proven experience (portfolio required) as a website designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of website design projects.
Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD) and familiarity with web design platforms like Sketch or Figma.
Strong understanding of responsive design principles and best practices for creating websites that adapt to various screen sizes and devices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with clients and team members.
Attention to detail and a passion for delivering high-quality design solutions that meet client objectives.

Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus, but not required.
