Responsible for social, emotional, mental and connected physical growth and development of targeted groups and individuals. Studying health and behavioral records in order to understand behavioral, physical, and special care needs for toddlers and preschool children.
Preparing of submissions for the approval of the administration and communicating with health care teams and therapists for concerned children. Observing new comers individually for first month and as required for behavioral placement. Communicating with administrators for the requirements of extended counseling, training (including teachers) and consultations. Settling up measurable goals and analyzing progress. Attending open house and admission interviews as a team or individually as required.

Minimum Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree in psychology or related field. 12 months experience in the job offered or teacher. Knowledge of or experience in adequately modifying and customizing the learning activities and play experiences to accommodate abilities of the children with higher level of skills and special needs. Knowledge of or experience in maintaining regular and open communication with therapists and the families of the children by providing necessary updates. Knowledge of or experience in helping with smooth transition between activities, groups, and routines to minimize stress and anxiety among the children. Verifiable references.
