DevOps Engineer (Healthfleet Inc.; Wellesley, MA): The DevOps Engineer (Linux/Cloud) will deliver our platform components in a clean and consolidated build. This position inside the Dev-Ops group will be responsible for process workflow (monitoring and documentation) and continuous integration with the code repository (GitLab Pipelines), configuration management (Ansible, Puppet) and vendor management (cloud providers). The DevOps Engineer must be comfortable in a dynamic environment and have excellent troubleshooting and organizational skills, as well as the ability to deliver complete solutions for multiple product development pipelines. Specific duties and responsibilities of the position include: Updating systems, applications or databases via Continuous Integration (CI) tools such as GitlabCI, Atlas, Vault/Consul, Ansible or Kubernetes; Conducting Linux troubleshooting and continuous integration scripting; Supporting the build process and assisting in test and QA builds; Managing the code repository and improving practices of branching and code merging; Coordinating with other team members prior to releases; Documenting the release steps and process; Managing the software repository; and Assisting in system administration and maintenance. Position is 100% remote and may telecommute from anywhere in the US.

Minimum Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field, and 3 years of experience as a DevOps Engineer or in a related role; or Master's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.

Must have: Proven knowledge of TCP/IP networking, SMTP, HTTP, load balancers, high availability architecture, and zero downtime production deployments; and Demonstrated experience working with development teams and writing process documentation. (Unless otherwise indicated, the employer is seeking the ability in the skills listed above with no specific number of years of experience required. All experience can be gained concurrently.)
