Assisting licensed architects in the development and design or technical solutions on architectural projects. Work on all phases of our projects ranging from early conceptual design and rendering through more technical drawing development during the design and documentation phases. Participate in construction administration as required to fulfill the necessary experience requirements to complete the Architectural Registration Examination (ARE). Work as a member of the project team during all phases of the design and construction process related to each project, including:
• overall project design implementation, developing design concepts and documenting client objectives;
• determine objectives, requirements, and feasibility for projects; and
• understand how the build environments affect the end user.
Contribute to the development of concept studies using: Lumion, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Adobe After Effects, Rhino, V-Ray and Revit. Visit worksites to ensure construction adheres to design and architectural plans; and Provide clients period status updates
