Job Discription/Responsibilities:
Design and develop innovative mechanical and inflatable products and systems.
Provide ongoing customer training and technical support.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create and implement customer solutions.
Work with urgency to address and prevent potential issues, ensuring customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:
Inquisitive and creative mindset.
Customer-oriented approach.
Strong sense of urgency and problem-solving skills.
5+ years of experience in solid and non-linear FEA.
Proficiency in SolidWorks, Mastercam, Microsoft tools (Excel, Word, SharePoint, PowerBI).
Experience with Abaqus, Design Table, PDA, Ansys, FMEA, etc.
Manufacturing Capabilities:
CNC metal machining.
3D printing.
CNC fabric cutting.
Industrial sewing.
Assembly.
RF & heat welding.
Metal welding.
Vulcanizing.
Some molding.
