Position: Full time
$83,200 Per annum +Super

Celik Group is a family owned and operated company specialising in the installation and servicing of air conditioning systems, ranging from single head split systems to complex VRV systems.
With newly obtained contracts with established builders specialising in high end architectural homes, we are in need of installers who know their trade inside and out, and can take on our high product delivery standards in their stride, who can start immediately.
Duties:
Organising the daily run and ensuring the apprentice has everything he needs to succeed. While this may seem trivial, it is a major part of a tradesmans day to make sure that not only their day is prepared but the apprentice too.
Carry out preliminary checks at the job site on arrival to ensure the safety of the site for himself and any apprentices working under him on the day who might miss safety issues.
Reading plans from drawings to set out installations.
Installation of various systems including heat pump, VRF heat recovery, CRAC air conditioning systems.
Working with refrigerant -As a fully qualified refrigeration mechanic it is important on site to do all the working out and handling of refrigerant.
Calculating both mathematical working out of weighted refrigerant any unit may need as well as bottle management.
Managing expenses to do with work vehicle.

Skills and Experience:
Min 3 years of experience
Sound level of technical ability and fault diagnosis
Ability to be organised and follow systems accurately.
Experience with paperless job management systems, or be able to quickly adapt with adequate training.
Ongoing training
A cloud based reporting and scheduling package.
