Understand the Functional requirements of various HR process and its integration with SAP FI, Taxation etc.

To map the end user requirements with standard functionalities available in SAP.

Carryout configuration in SAP system to meet the end user requirements..

Minimum two end to end payroll implementation/support project experience in UAE, KSA and Indialocalization.

Good working knowledge on Organization Management, Personnel Administration and Time Management(Positive).

Handling various categories & levels of customers.

Excellent analytical abilities, Good verbal & written communication.

Team Working, Meticulous, Self-motivated & self-starter.

Should have an experience in SAP Payroll Schema and PCR.

Should have experience in UAE payroll and Middle East payroll.
