Roles / Skills & Responsibilities : Lead the overall IAM program for a large Financial Services customer Program & project manage the entire engagement Serves as the primary point of contact and takes accountability for service delivery. Collaborates with Partner PM / DM and Customer PM/DM for risk management, engagement priorities, and communications to executive management. Build on the engagement to expand and grow the account in IAM space Establish connect and build relationships with key Customer stakeholders and executives Bring in though leadership and IAM experience to help grow the IAM Consulting and Advisory business. Serves as the primary point of contact and takes accountability for service delivery. Manages and coordinates with Project Manager for the overall project delivery. Serves as the point of contact for contract extensions, personnel matters, and billing. Collaborates with Project Manager for resource allocation, risk management, engagement priorities, and communication to executive management. Collaborates with the project manager on progress tracking and reporting. Collaborates with the project manager to remove impediments that affect the progress of the team. Coordinates decisions within three business days, or according to an otherwise agreed-upon timeline. Assists with management of the backlog. Facilitates sprint planning, regular standup meetings, sprint reviews, and sprint retrospectives. Takes responsibility for capturing and managing success expectations.
