Financial Reporting Accountant

Fuse3 Solutions is partnering with a premier OKC company to hire for a financial reporting accountant. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in public and/or corporate accounting.

Responsibilities of the Financial Reporting Accountant

• Preparation of SEC financial reporting forms (10-K, 10-Q, 8-K, etc.)


• Compile monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements


• Prepare schedules to support filings with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC)


• Remain current with SEC and GAAP requirements

Requirements of the Financial Reporting Accountant

• 2 - 7 years of public audit and/or 3-7 years of corporate accounting


• Bachelor's degree in accounting


• CPA highly preferred


• Knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles GAAP

Compensation of the Financial Reporting Accountant

• $90,000 - $120,000 (depending on education and experience) starting base salary plus lucrative bonus and benefits package
