Focus Search LLC is recruiting for a Corporate Tax Manager role with a global publicly traded technology company in Bellevue. This role will be responsible for preparation of quarterly and annual global income tax provisions, forecasting of international income taxes, be the main contact for external auditors, provide support to the SOX process and maintenance of SOX Compliance. This is a very hands-on role, with working knowledge of reporting and tax compliance needed to complete job duties. The right candidate will be proficient in journal entries, tax compliance, general ledger, and reconciliations.

Requirements:

• Bachelor' degree in accounting, CPA or equivalent a plus


• 7+ years combined experience in Public/Corporate Tax


• Robust knowledge of all tax facets including, compliance, methods and planning

Salary range: 120-140k
