QUALIFICATIONS: B.E., B.Tech. M.E, M. Tech in Automobile or Mechanical Engineering, or PG in Tool /Product engineering EXPERIENCE: 1-4 years of experience in Engineering Design of Interior Trims (Interior Trims Instrument Panel, Cross car beam, Door trims, Console, Pillar trims, Headliner, Carpet etc.) Experience of working on Ford or other OEM projects SKILLS: Expert in Catia V5 & Teamcenter Must have good understanding of plastic part design methodology Must have relevant experience in Master Sections and Concept creation Should have knowledge and understanding of Tooling and manufacturing processes Should know DFM & DFA Excellent communication & leadership skill ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES Responsible for CAD design of Automotive plastic components considering functional, tooling and production requirements Lead a team of 4-5 members, technically ensuring quality and meeting the timeline requirements of the project.
