Description:Under limited supervision, manages projects through the full life cycle from project definition and approval through implementation and evaluation of all project deliverablesensp; Provides guidance to the project teamensp; May also serve in a lead role. Duties/Responsibilities: Must have a hands-on salesforce development/architect experienceensp; Customize and configure Salesforce applications, including custom objects, workflows, validation rules, process builder, and flowsbull; Develop and implement Salesforce integrations with external systems using REST and SOAP APIs, as well as other integration tools and technologiesbull; Perform data migration and data transformation activities between Salesforce and other systemsbull; Create and maintain technical documentation, including design specifications, test plans, and user guidesbull; Lead the technical delivery effort Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to ensure code quality and adherence to coding standardsbull; Collaborate with the team to identify and implement process improvements, automation, and optimization opportunitiesbull; Demonstrate knowledge of web-based software development projects Work with Project Manager on day-to-day interactions with technical architects and developers 50-60% Technical/40-50% Project Management responsibilitiesensp; Education: Bachelor39; s Degree from an accredited college or university in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or similar. General Experience: 5-10 years of experience in development/project management Progressive broad-based information systems experience (which could include consultingensp; with state-of-the-art hardware and software systems, knowledge and implementation experience in new computing architectures and networked computing structuresensp; Ability to grasp technological opportunities and apply them to business opportunities and requirementsbull; Experience in project management and execution of multiple enterprise-wide development projects, particularly as a delivery lead on systems development, with working knowledge in all aspects of the systems development life cycle and project life cycle in a cross-functional environmentensp; Familiar with Waterfall and SAFe Agile delivery approachesbull; Demonstrable experience with applicationsbull; Experience with Agile tools such as Jirabull; Experience in work planning, monitoring, and reportingbull; Experience working with and managing onsite and remote teamsbull; Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communications skillsbull; Demonstrate capacity to engage effectively with technical architects and developersbull; Identify gaps and paths for continuous improvementbull; Proven experience managing teams delivering software and technology solutionsbull; A diverse background in software and/or systems engineeringbull; Strong analytical, problem-solving, and conceptual skillsbull; Solid teamwork and interpersonal skillsbull; Proficient in MS Office, Project Management tools etcensp; Specialized Experience: Experience with Insurance domain preferredRequired / Desired Skills Hands-on salesforce development/architect experience.
