• Resolve customer questions and complaints


• Accurately track communication with customers

• Previous experience in sales


• Minimum 2 years of experience in Customer Service


• Proficient in Microsoft Office products


• Must be able to type 60+ WPM

Compensation for the Customer Support and Sales Rep

• Salary: $15.00 - $20.00/hour, depending on experience
