Our client, a leading building products manufacturer & distributor is actively seeking a Bilingual AR/Credit Specialist & Office Manager to add to their team.

Essential Job Duties:

• Manage, enter and post incoming payments, which include depositing checks, credit card payments, ACH/wire payments and cash.


• Communicate with customers and sales reps for payments and collections.


• Evaluate new and current customers for credit and risk.


• Manage, maintain & order inventory of office supplies/new equipment.


• Onboarding of new employees employment paperwork, computers, desk area, and general set up.


• Manage all HR related issues with the warehouse personnel, including workers comp, verification letters, payroll disputes and complaints.

Qualifications Needed:

• 3+ years relevant experience


• Bilingual, in Spanish, required


• College degree preferred
