DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITES:

Repairs, maintenance and installation techniques for Walk in freezers chillers, under-counter chillers freezers, ice machines, display cabinets, Dish washing machines, Gas fryers, ovens, grills, solid top, woks, fry tops, Salamanders, fryer, ovens, grills, holding cabinets, steamers, microwaves.
Qualification:
Must have experience/knowledge in Commercial and Industrial Kitchen Equipment,
Knowledge of the operation of electrical control systems.
Ability to read & interpret diagrams, schematics & written reference material.
Ability to diagnose & resolve problems.
Ability to use hand and power tools
Able to detect needed repairs on equipment following established inspection procedures.
Can perform Preventive and corrective maintenance
Candidates must be qualified and have experience in relevant fields.
Knowledge of electrical, hydraulic and pneumatic systems
Knowledge of commercial kitchen equipment and refrigeration system
3+ years of experience in commercial kitchen equipment maintenance or installation
