We are seeking a proactive and enthusiastic Event Marketing Assistant to join our vibrant team and contribute to the success of our upcoming events.
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute impactful event marketing campaigns. Assist in the coordination and logistics of events, including venue selection, vendor management, and on-site coordination. Create and implement pre-event and post-event marketing strategies to maximize attendance and engagement. Engage with attendees and promote brand awareness during events. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of marketing initiatives. Monitor and analyze the success of events, providing insights and recommendations for future improvements. Assist in the creation of marketing materials
Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred. Previous experience in event marketing or related roles is a plus. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Creativity and ability to think outside the box to drive engagement. Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team. Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as required for events.
