As an intern youll be responsible for analyzing further automation options, primarily for administrative processes, within the Intellectual Property (IP) department; and for implementing some of these options. Being part of the IP department, you will not only be able to showcase your IT related skillset, but also learn about the intriguing world of patents and other IP rights.

What youll do

We are very flexible and will work with you, your educational institution and tutor(s) to make the most out of your internship.

Learn about Intellectual Property and related business processes

Assess the current state of automation

Inventory further automation improvements and their effect

Recommend which automation options should be executed

Build some tools yourself (e.g. Office related Macros, administrative robot tools, workflow improvements), based on your skillset and interests

Your qualifications

You are a hands on-person, eager to learn and work with an international team of professionals.

You are working on completing your B.Sc. in an IT / Computer Science related field

You have great analytical skills and are familiar with various Office tools, including building Office Macros

You are available for a 3-6 month period, for at least 16 hours a week to do an internship

You are available to start the internship in August/September 2024
