Responsibilities:


Lead and manage the development and execution of test automation strategies, frameworks, and processes.

Collaborate with teams from different departments to identify and implement quality improvements.

Evaluate system requirements and design test plans to ensure flawless execution.

Develop and implement automated test scripts to validate functionality, performance, and reliability.

Perform root cause analysis for identified defects and provide appropriate solutions.

Mentor and guide junior team members to enhance their skills and expertise.

Stay informed about the latest developments in the industry and adopt effective strategies to enhance our QA processes.


Requirements:


Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

Minimum of 8 years of experience in test automation and QA.

Proven track record of successfully implementing test automation frameworks and strategies.

Strong expertise in test automation tools such as Selenium, Appium, or similar.

Familiarity with the various stages of software development and experience with agile methodologies.

Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

Exceptional attention to detail and ability to strictly adhere to deadlines.

Proficient in fostering effective communication and collaboration.
