Role Overview


As a Senior Associate in the team, you would be required to provide support across projects for several accounts, working collaboratively with your team members to help successfully deliver to our clients needs. Developing specialist solutions related expertise is critical so that you can develop trusted advisor status with your internal and external partners. This role is client-facing and provides an exciting opportunity to help our clients identify and prioritise innovation opportunities to drive business growth, and to help clients develop commercial shopper strategies to influence shoppers along the path to purchase and at the point of conversion.


Role Description


You will enjoy this role if you have a passion for learning and developing knowledge and skills across a range of brand improvement and build significant impact on our clients businesses, both strategic and tactical. Having existing experience in media planner/strategic planner is beneficial but not a prerequisite for success in applying for the role. Were looking for someone who is passionate about developing their skills and quantitative research experience, has strong attention to detail and can work independently, managing their own time, and taking ownership of managing internal and external stakeholders, with guidance from their seniors and mentors. You must have strong communication skills, pay attention to detail, and like to take ownership and accountability.

Role Responsibilities


Proactively support team members throughout the entire end-to-end research process.

Develop client relationships and proactively look for revenue growth opportunities across teams.

Proactively look for opportunities to learn and develop your skills, in addition to managing the self-learning process.

Take ownership and accountability on all assigned tasks and responsibilities.

Help to prioritize tasks efficiently across the team to deliver against project timelines and client needs.

Ownership of the costing and proposal writing process for accounts in charge, with guidance.

Develop internal and external stakeholder relationships to help drive successful partnerships and projects.

Drive positive team culture, support other team members when under pressure, and act as a leader to junior staff.


Role Requirements :



Bachelors Degree in a relevant discipline with at least 2-3 years of experience in a market research industry.

Analytical abilities to answer client questions by interrogating data sources.

Ability to apply critical thinking to problem-solving.

Taking ownership and accountability for assigned tasks.

Strong attention to detail, ability to manage own time, handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

Open and honest communication.

Proficient in Japanese, English Business Level.
