The Sales Data Researcher will be responsible for sales research, administration of

the sales database and maintaining the quality of the sales databases.

Identifying or deducing the lead contact details like email ids and phone numbers.

Identifying and qualifying new sources of sales data

Apart from this, they need to be aware of the prevalent market trends and ensure

that the business requirements are met efficiently.

Excellent computer proficiency (MS Office Word, Excel and Outlook)

Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including ability to effectively

communicate with internal and external customers

Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines, while maintaining a

positive attitude and providing exemplary customer service.

Maintaining the database of the customers on a regular basis.

Tracks and analyse usage trends and propose recommendations based on findings.

Familiarity with data modeling software and Excel software.

The ability to manipulate large, complex data sets into manageable, understandable

reports.
