Job Title: CallQualityAnalyst ( US Sales voice process)
Responsibilities: - Support operations team with timely task reporting
- Validate and data tagging for quality processes
- Ensure accuracy and meet deadlines
- Collaborate with team members
- Report to Quality Manager daily
- Follow SOP for data tagging
- Demonstrate effective communication skills
- Understand call center quality metrics
- Identify process issues and provide solutions
Requirements: - 2 years of QA experience in US sales/marketing
- US sales voice process experience
- Familiar with Audits, Feedback, Calibration, etc.
- Proficient in MS Office, Google Sheets
- Strong written and verbal English skills
- Immediate work-from-home capability
- Comfortable in US shifts
- Willing to work from the office
Location: Noida CTC: Up to 6 LPA + incentives Shift Timing: 7:00 pm to 4:00 am IST Facilities: Both side cab + 1-time meal provided Apply urgently!
