Requires: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related field (willing to accept foreign education equivalent) plus five (5) years of experience as a Vice President (Mergers & Acquisitions LatAm) or related occupation in Mergers and Acquisitions within an international bank or international financial services organization. Or, alternatively, a Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related field (willing to accept foreign education equivalent) and three (3) years of experience as a Vice President (Mergers & Acquisitions LatAm) or related occupation in Mergers and Acquisitions within an international bank or international financial services organization. Specific skills/other requirements - Demonstrated Expertise (quantitative experience requirements not applicable to this section): Demonstrated expertise (DE) with M&A transaction process, with a broad corporate finance skillset, and direct experience assisting in the origination and execution of M&A transactions; (DE) supporting cross-border corporate finance activity including referrals, origination, and execution opportunities across the Americas, Europe and Asia; (DE) with the identification of cross-sell opportunities to ensure full penetration of products to clients; and (DE) with financial modelling capabilities and corporate finance theory.
