Front of House Manager: F/T position in Key West, FL. High School Diploma, or foreign equiv. of a High Diploma in the US plus 2 years' experience as an Assistant Manager, or related, in the food industry. Cooperate with chef, servers, and customers to ensure smooth service. Planning on inventory orders with various vendors. Manage inventory stock such as fish, sauces, dry ingredients, frozen ingredients, vegetables, nonfood items, soft drinks, and alcoholic beverages. Making, controlling, and evaluating employee schedule and hours by making employee weekly schedule. Managing online, take away, delivery and dine in orders for smooth services. Solve daily problems that might arise. Train new front employees. Collect employee hours for the payroll department. Calculate unpaid credit card tips for each service employee for the payroll department. Supervise a staff of 14: 7 servers, 3 busboys, 1 head server, 3 bartenders.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent, plus 2 years’ experience as an Assistant Manager, or related, in the food industry.
