Position Title: Accounting Managers

Duties: Examine, analyze, and interpret accounting and financial records and assist with the preparation and evaluation of operating budgets, financial statements, and reports. Analyze company financial data to prepare and assist with compliance with audits, reviews, tax preparations. Review existing financial policy and management plans to ensure regulatory compliance and develop positive changes. Manage account records, invoices, payments, and process requisitions. Oversee company cash flow and approve purchases and coordinate with banks to prepare letters of credit for imported products. Manage all company banking operations including deposits, transfers, and vendor payments.

Days/Hours: Full-time (40 hours per week)

Requirements: Position requires a Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Business Administration, Financial Management, Finance, Accounting, or a related field plus three (3) years of experience in a finance or accounting environment. The three (3) years of experience must include:

1. Preparation, evaluation, and analysis of accurate financial reports, statements, records, and financial policy of a company or institution;
2. Identifying issues with financial strategies and management plans and recommending solutions
3. Developing accounting management plans
4. Conducting in-depth analysis of company or institutional financial data, including revenue, expenses, and cash flow to develop accurate budgets, set realistic financial goals, and making informed decisions regarding resource allocation and investment opportunities.
