Define, develop and support the evolution of software in a fast paced and Agile development environment. Progress the development and execution of test scripts as part of an Agile Scrum Team in manual and automated environments. Work with the Quality Assurance team in performing a variety of types of tests (e.g. performance, security, functional, integrated, UI). Participate in the development and performance of functional and system tests including execution of smoke and regression tests. Understand database model and create test SQL scripts to verify the backend processes. Manage the writing, execution, and maintenance of automation test scripts to identify inconsistencies in software program functions, outputs, online screens, and content. Assess and develop long-term strategic goals for the discovery and logging of defects. Confirm and sign off on user stories, defect corrections, and production releases. Perform in compliance with the current PBM v2.2 URAC standards applicable to the position. Bachelor’s degree plus college-level coursework is required. Worksite: Southborough, MA.
