Global Senior Program Manager for Contact Centers (Atlanta, GA, or other unanticipated locations throughout U.S.). Responsibilities include: Coordinating, planning, and overseeing various product life cycles and deadlines. Securing signoffs, tracking project status at regular intervals, and alerting stakeholders. Aligning and coordinating with various teams/ vendors and ensuring the deliverables and deadlines are clear. Planning and organizing workshops between project stakeholders. Finalizing scope for Genesys Cloud Initiatives. Ensuring the Asset Management and SDLC process is followed. Securing approval, creating project plans, and socializing with the team. Liaising and acting as a Genesys cloud test lead, to ensure all the test artifacts are secured as per company standards. Working with SQA to ensure compliance deliverables are on track and identifying additional resource requirement based on the project scope. Developing and implementing long-term strategies that align with business goals. Providing Digital & Artificial Intelligence (AI) modernization for contact centers. Implementing contact centers including migration strategies, innovation, and support. Articulating the product capabilities and helping drive the Business value and use cases. Finalizing scope and decision-making capabilities for Genesys Cloud Initiatives. Integrating with SAP, CRM, Salesforce, and customer portals (Omni Channel) etc. Working with SDLC processes, DevOps, enterprise frameworks and procedures. Managing multiple projects simultaneously. Providing Asset Management and implementing Gxp and non Gxp products and compliance requirements. Delivering risk management for contact centers in healthcare domain. Guiding, implementing, and coaching various tools and Agile strategies and best practices across healthcare. Liaising business stakeholders and technology teams. Managing end to end programs at enterprise level and motivating/guiding diverse teams. Testing strategies, techniques and well versed with Jira, X-Ray, service now, teams etc. Coordinating with various vendors for various capabilities and resources and purchase orders/Statement of works.

M.S. in Computer Science or closely related. 12 mo. experience in any related Program/Delivery Manager position. 12 mo. in: NEXUS, ROADMUNK, HPT, SAFe; Genesys Cloud & App Foundry; Agile; GxP; Jira, X-ray; API’s, Data Lake, SAP; Confluence; CRM SalesForce, Artificial Intelligence & RPA; Release and Asset Management; Automation; IRIS; Service Now. 5% Domestic Travel. Telecommuting permitted. 40 hrs/wk. 8:00 am – 5:00 pm.
