Job Title: Architectural Drafter (Los Angeles, CA)

Job Duties:
• Meeting with clients to establish architectural design goals for the projects.
• Preparation of precedent images and concept materials for internal and client presentations.
• Production of design presentations, bringing concepts to 2D & 3D representation for client review.
• Assisting with field measuring and site evaluation on new projects.
• Assisting Project Manager with zoning, planning and permit sets and any subsequent corrections with local permit agencies.
• Coordinate drawing sets from professional consultants (structural engineer, landscape architect, MEP engineer, civil engineer. etc.) and provide suggestions or guidance when necessary.
• Track project tasks for multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced design environment.
• Monitor progress of construction, conducting regular site inspections to ensure builder compliance with design specifications from conceptual design through overall completion of projects.

Skills and Requirements:
U.S. Master’s in Architecture. Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, Sketchup, Enscape, and Adobe Suite software Full-time. $75000 /year.
