Duties and Responsibilities
Packaging Operator
As a Bagging machine operator conducts prestart up inspection. Set the proper parameters on the
machine since different products react differently while being packed due to their properties (e.g.
density & viscosity). While the machine is running, monitor the machines condition; check the
sealing quality (i.e. top, bottom and corner seal) to ensure only good quality bag runs going to
palletizing area. Two sample bags are taken every two hours and have their weight taken and noted.
Making sure the printout for product identification is correct. Maintain the smooth operation of the
machine. Update Bin Status in preparation for possible loading and transfer of new product. Fill in and
complete all the forms required.
Palletizer / Shrink Hood Operator
As a Palletizing & Shrink Hood machine operator. Operate Palletizing Machine / shrink hooding
machine which runs through Manufacturing Execution System. Closely monitoring the incoming bags
from the bagging machine and making sure that only good bags are palletized. Proper machine
parameters settings are the key in making good, palletized bags. Monitoring other components, such
as Glue Applicator and RFID Label Applicator, which are essential in producing palletized bags.
Sea Bulk Loading Operator
As a bagging machine operator conducts prestart up inspection on the Sea bulk loading machine. Make
sure that all the interlocks are satisfied. Confirm from the DCS Operator regarding the status of the
product from the bin to make sure that the quality of the product matches what is in the packing order
form. After the container was filled with product, disengaged all the interlocks, communication cable
and power supply. Instruct the driver to pull out the container from the sea bulk loading and bring it to

Dock Door Operator
As a dock door operator, you must secure all the necessary documents from the DCS or Shift leader /
Head operator. Prepare the LSP Trailer to the designated loading dock. And prepare the dock door
making sure that all the interlocks are satisfied. For safety reasons you must make sure that the key was
handed to you by the driver. Instruct the forklift operator to load the product inside the LSP Trailer to
each designated dock doors to prevent customers from complaining due to product contamination.
Make sure that while the driver was loading the product inside the container the RFID reader was
working properly so that the product will be counted. After the loading was finished preparing the
necessary documents and have it signed by the driver, give him a copy and the key and finally disengage
all the interlocks.
Reach Stacker Operator
A reach stacker operator performs the pre-start-up checklist prior to the use of the reach stacker
equipment. Unloading and loading of 20-footer / 40-footer container from / to the container. Arrange
and segregate full load and empty container from the lay down yard. Loading and unloading ISO tanks
containing different kinds of chemical.
Liner Installer
Conduct inspection to the container that will be use for sea bulk loading purposes. Install liner inside
the container using 1 bar or 4 bars design liner as per request by the Shift Leader or Head Operator.

Scale and WMS Operator
Use handheld container program
Location of installing of RFID
Use of scale in conjunction with RFID Tag
Confirm to DCS Lot designation to Sea bulk is working, and report out if not
Review all container WMS entry process to ensure compliance, and fix errors
Ensure proper entry of sealing and paperwork of container shipment from TBL
