Role Description:
As a Senior Product Manager, you will be an integral part of our global marketing team, reporting directly to the Director of Product Marketing. Your role will involve managing our product portfolio and spearheading new product introductions, ensuring alignment with our business objectives and market needs on a global scale. You will be the driving force behind defining the success of a product and rallying a team to turn that vision into reality.
Responsibilities:
Defining and managing product delivery goals by gathering and summarizing customer needs and business value.
Collaborating closely with the engineering/product development teams to develop plans that align with business goals, strategic initiatives, and customer requirements.
Developing a global go-to-market strategy and facilitating launch execution across four global regions, coordinating input from regional teams worldwide.
Defining and managing customer testing plans, KPIs, success criteria, and regional resource requirements, and managing feedback and action plan development.
Leading cross-functional teams consisting of development, quality assurance, marketing, manufacturing, sales operations, and product support.
Preparing business cases with sensitivities, risks, and overall portfolio impact.
Defining, tracking, and reporting Key Performance Indicators.
Ensuring accurate forecasting information, particularly as it pertains to new and current products.
Monitoring current and anticipating future customer needs and preferences by working closely with Sales and Market Intelligence.
Collecting information regarding current market conditions, trends, and future outlook for products and services.
Understanding the why behind feature requests, aggregating and articulating them into strategic product opportunities.
Translating requirements into user profiles with measurable and testable acceptance criteria.
Developing and delivering monthly business review and product stakeholder presentations.
Providing product management leadership for internal stakeholders, product owners, and the development team.
Utilizing industry expertise to perform competitive and market analysis.
Regularly communicating progress to senior management and stakeholders.
Required Skills/Qualifications:
Understanding of and experience working with new product introductions.
Experience bringing multiple products to launch globally in the technology B2B space, including hardware, software, and consumables.
Proven experience in direction setting, innovative problem solving, and exceptional execution skills to deliver technology innovation that advances a compelling vision.
7+ years as a Product Manager working directly with stakeholders: customers, end-users, clients, executives, etc.
5+ years of work experience in a related field.
