Physician Assistant OR Nurse Practitioner Far Rockaway, NY
We are looking for a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner to join our practice full time in Far Rockaway, NY. The incoming physician assistant or nurse practitioner must be compassionate, an excellent clinician, and someone who is experienced. We offer a variety of services within our multispecialty group. The provider must be bilingual in Spanish/English. We have 2 openings within our group, one in womens health and one in primary care.

Duties:
Patient exam/evaluations (physical exam, review pertinent medical history/records/imaging) Annual wellness exam
Order/review diagnostic testing/labs/bloodwork
Diagnosis and Treatment plan formulation
Patient education re: diagnosis, treatment plan options and lifestyle modifications
Treatments for acute and chronic conditions
Documentation- timely and accurate
Collaboration with the MDs and staff for comprehensive patient care
Make phone calls/emails as needed or required for patient care
Medication refills as needed

Requirements:
Graduation from an accredited Physician Assistant (PA) or Nurse Practitioner (NP) program
Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner license in NY
Womens health position requires womens health experience
Must be bilingual in Spanish/English

Schedule:
Full time

Salary (range):
$165k-$170k per year
