Compensation & Benefits:
-275 Basis Point Compensation on 1099 Lender or Borrower Paid
-1099 & W2 available (State restrictions may apply)

Responsibilities:
-Conduct business in compliance with all state and federal regulations.
-Educate, advise, and guide potential borrowers through the loan process.
-Develop and maintain client relationships.

Requirements:
-Consistently self-sourcing $500K+ per month in originations
-Sale experience and ability to locate and close sales.
-Mortgage Loan Originator license with NMLS
