Expertise in the design, development, and deployment of enterprise-level N-tier architecture in a Microsoft .Net Framework platform is required. Work experience and often look for software skill sets such as .Net CORE, Azure, MS BOT Framework, AJAX, C#/C++, SQL Server. Ability to work on multiple versions of (link removed) NET CORE, ASP.NET, Angular, MS/Azure BOT Framework, Azure AI Services, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, SQL, and someone who is comfortable developing and working with Web/REST APls. DHS's OIS/ASD team is looking for Senior Software Application Architect whose primary responsibilities include to evaluate current TANF System CATCH application design, architecture, collaborate with project managers, stake holders, development team & subject matter experts in determining the UI, Architectural, and Developmental changes to the system in order to draft, design upgrades/system development, delivery, and enhancement of the new CATCH system. Responsibilities: Collaborating with various stakeholders to determine software requirements. Creating high-level product specifications and design documents. Providing the development team with architectural blueprints to follow. Documenting application development processes, procedures, and standards. Guiding and assisting the development team throughout the process. Collaborating with other stakeholders to ensure the architecture is aligned with business requirements Presenting regular progress reports and setting goals. Works with business analysts to refine business requirements based on technical feasibility; develops prototypes; ensures that technical specifications are kept current during the development process and ensures that the estimates in the technical specification are accurate. Define technical specifications for workflows and business rules Work with development team to configure, build, and unit test solution components, including data structures, roles, workflows, imports/exports and user interfaces/portals Work with development team to build and unit test data migration and integration components Identify, design and document system roadmaps with increasing levels of integration Support integration testing, system testing, and user acceptance testing Acts as communication bridge between technical IST development and business leaders in easy-to-understand language Good knowledge or working experience in Agile projects. Very strong in web development which includes .Net Platform(4.8), .Net Core, ASP.NET MVC (4.0 / 5.0), Angular, HTML, HTML 5, CSS. Works with Quality Assurance / Quality Control teams to ensure the application remains secure and defect free. Provides strategic advice to the lead, management, and customers of the OIS. Updates and/or created system and process documentation, produces user guides, ER diagrams, and SOPs as needed -Including Visio Network design drawings. Provides high-level architectural expertise to managers and technical staff. Develops architectural products and deliverables for the enterprise and operational business lines.
