Job Overview:We are seeking a highly experienced SAP SD Sales and Distribution Lead with over 10 years of SAP ECC experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in requirements gathering, solution design, implementation, testing, and cutover for SAP SD modules. The role requires a strong understanding of sales and distribution processes and the ability to lead implementation projects effectively. Experience with at least 3 full cycles of implementation is necessary, with a bonus for those who have rolled out SD in China. This is a remote position with occasional travel to China required.Key Responsibilities:Lead end-to-end SAP SD implementation projects, from requirements gathering to post-implementation support.Collaborate closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into SAP SD solutions.Design and configure SAP SD modules to meet business needs, ensuring alignment with best practices and standards.Conduct thorough testing of SAP SD solutions to ensure functionality, performance, and reliability.Plan and execute cutover activities, including data migration and system guidance and support to junior team members and functional (link removed)municate effectively with project teams, business users, and management to ensure project success.Travel to China as needed for project activities, approximately 2-3 times over 6 months for 2-week stints.Required Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field.Over 10 years of experience working with SAP ECC, with a focus on the SD module.Proven experience leading SAP SD implementation projects, including at least 3 full cycles.Strong understanding of sales and distribution processes and their integration with other SAP modules.US citizenship or Green Card is required.Willingness to travel to China for short-term assignments.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.The ability to speak Mandarin Chinese is a plus.Preferred Qualifications:SAP certification in the Sales and Distribution (SD) module.Experience implementing SAP SD in China or working with Chinese clients.Familiarity with SAP S/4HANA and other SAP modules such as MM, PP, and FI/CO.Experience with SAP Activate methodology.
