TPO Roof Installer/Welder

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Perform work in accordance with safety guidelines and job specifications.


• Ability to receive instruction and produce work accordingly.


• Must be detail oriented.


• Must be able to work as a team.


• Must not be afraid of heights.


• This position works outside every day in all weather conditions as this is a year-round job.


• Install, Removal, Repair, and replacement of various commercial roofing systems under the direction of a foreman.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• Good verbal and written communication skills.


• Extremely detail oriented.


• Ability to read, understand, and execute blueprints, drawings, and plans.


• Thorough understanding of quality building practices.


• Ability to quickly identify problems and efficiently solve them.


• Ability to work independently and effectively manage time.


• Excellent communication, interpersonal and diagnostic skills.


• Must have valid drivers license.

Requirements:

• 3 to 5 years of commercial flat roofing experience.


• Must be 18 years or older.

• Valid drivers license.


• Knowledge of tapered ISO system, hand welding, Flashing roof drains, Flat roofing repairs.


• Ability to work late when necessary.


• Must be comfortable with heights, climbing ladders, and lifting up to 50 90 lbs.


• Willing to complete all pre-employment background check, physical and drug screens.


• Authorized to work in the United States.
