Responsibilities:

Develop and implement procurement strategies that align with the organization's goals and objectives

Manage the procurement team and oversee the entire procurement process, from identifying suppliers to negotiating contracts and monitoring performance

Collaborate with other departments to understand their needs and ensure that procurement activities are aligned with business objectives

Evaluate supplier performance and identify areas for improvement

Negotiate and manage contracts with suppliers to ensure that the organization receives the best possible value for money

Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in procurement to identify opportunities for improvement

Manage the procurement budget and ensure that spending is in line with financial targets

Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers to ensure a reliable supply chain

Ensure that procurement activities comply with relevant regulations and ethical standards

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree B.Tech , B.E Civil / MBA

1 to 3 years experience in procurement or supply chain management, with a track record of delivering results

Strong negotiation skills and the ability to manage contracts effectively

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders and suppliers

Analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to develop and implement procurement strategies that align with business objectives

Knowledge of relevant regulations and ethical standards related to procurement

Experience managing a team of procurement professionals
